1. What is FBomb's Privacy Policy?

FBomb understands that you want to maintain your privacy. All information about you is kept confidential and will not be used in ways that you have not consented, and we will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your explicit approval, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

2. What personal information does FBomb collect?

FBomb only collects information which you provide either when entering a contest or ordering a product. Typically, this information is limited to name, address, phone, and email address.

3. How does FBomb protect my information?

FBomb uses accepted practices for protecting your information including using SSL (secure socket layer), firewalls, and keeping your personal account information stored in separate computers. However, there is no 100% secure environment on the Internet. Please make sure that you follow smart practices when using your credit card on-line.

4. How long does it take FBomb to ship my order?

At FBomb, we strive to send your order within 24 hours of receiving it. During peak periods - such as Christmas - we may need an extra day or two to send your package. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which usually arrives anywhere in the domestic United States within 3-5 days of shipment. Certain products - namely boardbags, boards, beachchairs, and other heavy or large items - may be shipped via UPS ground. Expect these items to take longer (usually 7-10 days). You can always choose a shipping upgrade to Express (or UPS 2-day for large objects) for an additional cost.

5. What happens if the merchandise I order is out of stock?

If the item you ordered is not currently in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery of the product. It is then up to you to decide whether or not to wait. In the case that you have multiple items ordered, our general policy is to wait and ship the order complete unless we expect delivery of a back-ordered item to exceed 7 days. You may always ask us to ship items as they become available. Partial shipments, multiple shipments, and back-orders will not effect shipping charges. You will only be charged shipping for items that are shipped. When we make multiple shipments to complete an order, your shipping charges will not exceed those listed on your original order. If a back-ordered product does not arrive within 30 days of your original order, we will cancel the order unless we receive specific instructions from you to continue waiting. Sometimes, we believe that we will take additional delivery of a product which then never shows up at our warehouse. We know it can be frustrating to wait 2 weeks for something that never arrives. We feel your pain, but this is beyond our control - we want to complete every order as quickly as possible and will do our best to do so.

6. How can I return merchandise to FBomb?

Because we want to make sure that you are stoked with everything you purchase from FBomb, you can return or exchange anything you purchase within 30 days. To return something to FBomb, you can mail it to:

Please either return the merchandise with a copy of the packing slip or a note explaining what you would like for us to do (i.e. exchange for different size, credit account, ect). If we every make a mistake in your order, we will refund any costs you may incur in returning the merchandise to FBomb.


7. How can I check on my order?

The best way to check the status of your order is to email service@fbombclothing.com You can expect most orders to arrive within 5-7 days. We will do our best to inform you of any delays. You may also request that we send you package tracking information when your order is shipped. To receive this information, please just make a note in the "comments" field when ordering. We do not send this information excepted as requested in an effort to maintain your privacy.
